Happy Blogiversary To Me!

Today, one year ago, my boring little baby blog was born. (cue harp soloist) It was a warm St. Patrick's Day. I was bored out of my mind and finally got the nerve to start my own blog after reading others' for a couple of months. And thus it began. I had some good stuff in the beginning, but lately my creative streak has lagged. Oh well. I had good intentions. I was going to follow in the genius footsteps of the likes of Chris, Miss Zoot, Lindsey, and Mir. I was going to get hundreds of hits a day! I was going to make money doing this! People would be linking to my posts right and left! (end of harpist) Now I just jabber about my broken appliances and my cute kids. But I thank you for reading this ol' thing anyway. Does anyone have any champagne to toast with? I guess this room-temperature dr. pepper will work. Here's to another year at Mrs. Egg and Her Little Chickies. (wipes tears away)
