Mrs. Egg Barometer

I fully intended to post something yesterday. Really, I did. But Kevin was working from home and hogged the computer all day so I didn't get a chance. I know you all cuss me out under your breath when I don't post something, but get a life I couldn't help it. And today I forgot what I was going to write about yesterday, so i'll just do a Barometer post. Be ye thankful and hush up. Coffee of the Day: Crystal Light Green Tea with Raspberry. You don't even want to know how many pitchers of this i've been through the last week. Very refreshing, it is. Guilt of the Day: Kevin asked me yesterday (while he was home bugging me and disrupting my daily routine) "Hey did you ever call Jessica back?" Frankly, I was not aware that Jessica (my favorite cousin) called. He informed me that she left a message a few weeks ago (!) and "I guess I forgot to tell you she called." And now Jessica is in Germany for the summer and who knows if she has internet access! So if you are reading this, Jess, i'm sorry. You need to start a blog about your time in Germany. Pondering: You know, when I was pregnant there were no cute maternity clothes. Now that my child bearing days are over, Ann Taylor goes and makes the cutest maternity line. If you are pregnant or will soon be pregnant, please go buy something from her and wear it for me. Isn't That Always The Way?: About a month ago I went on a tear through the house and cleaned out closets, cabinets, etc. and took a whole bunch of stuff to Goodwill because I didn't want to keep it around cluttering up the house. Because who knows when I would get around to having a garage sale. And guess what? My brother's girlfriend is having a garage sale next weekend. Bah! Mental Jukebox Selection: I love this time of year when the locusts or cicadas or whatever they are start singing at dusk. They are so loud we can hear them inside with the tv going. Last night we actually turned the tv off (imagine that!) and listened to them for a while. Very relaxing.

  1. Oh My! Those clothes are CUTE!!! You know, I was wondering the other day why there are cuter clothes available for maternity wear when I don't need them...
YOUR child bearing days don't have to be over Kellie! Kevin wants a boy (even though it is totally his fault (for lack of a better word bc I think girls are the BEST) that you have all girls). But pregnancy sure is fun!!

  2. One more reason to have another baby. I wonder if that will convince Mike...

  3. I thought I just wanted two, but those two turned out so great, we wished we had had more. Besides the sleepless nights, costs of clothes, diapers, formula, diapers, extra furniture, diapers, additional bedrooms, diapers, car insurance for teenagers, college education, bail... the rest is great!! Plus, if you have more kids then you will have more grandkids... and they are the absolute best!! Of course that is easy for me to say now that my two are out on their own... and I'm looking at the cost of diapers, again... but guess who they are for now!!!???
