Recipe of the Week

I made this last night and served it with tacos and refried beans. It was delicious. I added some chopped red onions, but i'm not including them anymore because of *burp* heartburn issues *burp*. Corn Salad 3 ears of corn, cooked (but still crunchy) and cut off the cob 1 handful of fresh cilantro, chopped fine 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1/2 red bell pepper, diced 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp. olive oil salt and pepper to taste Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended.

  3. I need to see pics of all these recipes...we got to see the egg yolk...so share!! I'm one of those weird people that really don't like to make something unless I see it first...
