Recipe of the Week

Beware! It is entirely possible to eat this whole dish by yourself! But! It has 2 vegetables, so you know, it's good for you. Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped 1 pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 tsp. garlic powder Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon into a 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers and/or cut up vegetables.
